Fried Eggs with Soy Sauce Recipe
These Malaysian-style soy sauce fried eggs, known as telur masak kicap in Malay, is a dish that can satisfy the entire family, be it adults or kids alike. You normally serve it with a side of rice for a complete and filling meal.

In general, I’m not a big fan of my main course being on the sweeter side, but this somehow works wonderfully! If you’ve never tried this, I hope you do and be prepared to be pleasantly surprised by this simple but hearty dish.

Notes for Malaysian-style Soy Sauce Eggs (Telur Masak Kicap)
- Best served immediately: The eggs are best served when it’s hot because once it’s cooled down, it can turn a bit soggy from absorbing the sauce.
