For those who love Chinese takeout, this might be a familiar taste. Crab Rangoon is a staple appetizer for Chinese restaurants in the States. It’s essentially fried wontons with cream cheese and crab meat as fillings. This Mini Crab Rangoon Pizza is a fun twist to that and is perfect for sharing!

A few years ago while visiting my best friend in Des Moines, Iowa, she ordered Crab Rangoon Pizza from a local restaurant and raved to me on how good it was. I’ve always loved crab rangoon and thought it was so creative of them to turn it into a pizza! I took a bite and was sold. So here’s my take on it.
I used store bought classic pizza crust but thin crust works so well for this too! For a little bit of crunch, you can fry wonton wrappers, break it into smaller pieces and sprinkle on top.
Have you tried crab rangoon pizza before?
