Easy Chow Mein (10 Minutes)

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

Here’s my take on the ever-popular Chow Mein, a stir-fried noodle dish that’s the go-to takeout choice from Chinese restaurants. This easy recipe consists of basically whatever I had in my fridge and it’s pretty simple to make!

easy quick dim sum hong kong chow mein

This is an easy 10-minute noodle recipe that has minimum fuss but maximum flavor.

What I love about stir fry dishes is that it’s so versatile and you can customize it however you want! You can swap out the proteins or veggies and it will still be just as good.

Save and share this nacho recipe. When @abigailfmarquez posted her delicious nacho recipe, I knew I had to make my own version. I have made this for every movie night at home with Mike since then 😋
Perfect for sharing but I honestly can finish this all on my own! I’m keeping it simple for this one but sometimes I like to add tomatoes, avocado and sour cream.

This Malaysian style soy sauce eggs is one of my favorite easy meals and it’s also a comfort food not just for me but for many Malaysians. I ate this a lot growing up and during my student days. Probably one of the first recipes I learned how to cook!
The sauce is just sweet soy sauce (kicap/kecap manis), light soy sauce and water!

Savory Oatmeal @farahjeats I’m a savory kind o Savory Oatmeal @farahjeats
I’m a savory kind of girl and have always preferred my oatmeals savory. Some people think it’s weird, I say don’t knock it until you’ve tried it. The best part? You can be creative with this! I’ve added pesto to my oatmeal before and it was delicious.
I also prefer a thicker oatmeal, add more water if you don’t.
Would you try this or are you sticking to your sweet oatmeal? 😋
