Welcome back to my Ramadan 2023 Series! For Day 18, we have this delicious fusion pasta that’s creamy, savory, and amazingly flavorful. You don’t want to miss this creamy bacon kimchi pasta.
I first heard of this pasta after seeing people posting on social media about the closing down of Yellow House Cafe in KTown, LA, and they raved on how good the bacon kimchi pasta was. With the constant showering of the pasta’s photos and videos, you can say that I couldn’t stop thinking about it!
I’m sad that I’ll never get a chance to try the original dish at the cafe, but this recipe is how I imagine it would taste like.

This Korean fusion pasta dish is spicy, tangy, and savory, with a delectable sauce made with ingredients like kimchi, gochujang, light soy sauce, heavy cream, and cheese. It’s topped off with crispy bacon, which pulls all the flavors together cohesively.
You can serve this dish with some cheese bread or garlic bread to help you soak up all that luscious sauce.

Notes For Creamy Bacon Kimchi Pasta
How to thicken the sauce?
If the sauce is too runny, let it simmer for longer. I personally like a looser sauce so I immediately turn off the heat after stirring the pasta.
